If you selected a tracked service, an email will be sent containing your tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up at our warehouse.
If your tracking link does not work, try it again later: it normally takes a couple of hours to register the tracking information. If you enter the wrong address at checkout, we are not liable for non-receipt of goods. If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To change or cancel your order, you should contact us via as soon as possible after completing or receiving your order.
Refunds are made using the original payment method whenever possible. Please put your returns form inside the parcel and use the label provided to send back to us. If you have lost the returns form, please write your name and order number on a note inside the parcel, otherwise we will not be able to issue the refund correctly.

INWITHIT loves working with not only influencers, but anybody that fits with our brand and values. If you love home décor, interiors, or just have a great style or aesthetic, we would love to hear from you and how we could potentially work together by emailing email@example.com.
INWITHIT selects images from online sources to share with our audience on the basis that we can provide inspirational and valuable recommendations – we only share content we love.
We ALWAYS try to credit (and where possible link directly to) the original source so that we can share any traffic we receive from this content to where it is rightfully due.
That being said, we endeavour to only share content that will not directly negatively impact the source and their web/social traffic. Examples of content we share includes images that originate from outside of the UK and contain non-UK products, or high-end professional interiors which are exclusive to their paying clients and not the general public.

We update product information weekly to make sure we are giving you the most up to date content. However, retailers do change their prices frequently and if there are price differences between our website and theirs, the retailer price will be correct. INWITHIT is not held liable for any product or pricing issues and any contract you make with third-party retailers is independent of INWITHIT.
INWITHIT might show links to out of stock products. These will often be removed in weekly updates; however we might keep out of stock products on our website from time to time. We realise that furnishing a house is often a work in progress, and that many of you would hang on for a product you love until it is restocked.
Any products that are sold out and not due to be restocked will be removed from our website in our updates, as we appreciate how annoying it is to fall in love with something you can’t have!
